By creating an account, signing up for our waitlist, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

BlueCollarMatch.com is a dating and social connection platform designed exclusively for home service professionals and individuals interested in meeting them. The Service allows contractors in trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, landscaping, painting, roofing, and general contracting to create profiles and connect with potential romantic partners.

The Service is currently in a pre-launch phase. During this phase, we are collecting waitlist signups from both contractors and interested individuals. Features, functionality, and availability are subject to change at our sole discretion.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
